Refund Policy
Last Updated: June 15, 2026
1. General Policy Overview
At Antmark Media, we pride ourselves on delivering premium, custom digital solutions including software engineering, MVP building, application development, and strategic marketing. Because our work involves the immediate allocation of highly specialized human resources, strategic planning, and intellectual property development, our refund policy is strictly enforced.
2. Strict No-Refund Clause for Initiated Work
No refund will be provided once the project or work is started.
"Started" is defined as the moment our team begins any form of strategic planning, architecture design, coding, design mocking, campaign setup, or any other measurable work on your behalf following the receipt of your initial payment or deposit. By engaging our services and making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing our team's time and expertise, which cannot be returned once expended.
3. Deposits and Retainers
- Project Deposits: Any upfront deposits made to secure a spot in our production queue or to initiate the discovery phase of a project are strictly non-refundable.
- Monthly Retainers: For ongoing services (such as SEO, Digital PR, or ongoing maintenance), payments are made for the month ahead. These payments are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel an ongoing service, you must do so according to the notice period outlined in your specific contract (typically 30 days), and no refunds will be issued for the current active billing cycle.
4. Milestone Payments
For projects billed on a milestone basis, payment for a milestone signifies your approval of the work completed up to that point. Once a milestone payment is processed and work on the next milestone begins, no refunds will be granted for any previous or current milestones. If a project is terminated prematurely by the client, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
5. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to client satisfaction and engineering excellence. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to communicate with your project manager immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to revise the deliverables and align them with the mutually agreed-upon project scope. However, subjective dissatisfaction with aesthetic or strategic directions (provided they fulfill the contractual scope) does not qualify for a refund.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In the extremely rare event that Antmark Media fundamentally fails to deliver the core technical requirements outlined in your contract—and is unable to rectify the issue after being given a reasonable opportunity to do so—management may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider a partial credit or refund. Such exceptions are exceedingly rare and do not invalidate the general "no refunds once work is started" rule.
